Today’s track of the day is from up-and-coming, unsigned artist RB representing Brownsville, Brooklyn. RB tackles the very popular lockjaw instrumental originally by French Montana and Kodak Black. RB provides us with some chilling, reality-rap lyrics accompanied with grimy visuals to describe his dangerous surroundings. Lyrics like “Brownsville, darkness covers the sky, god-like i’m looking down and wondering why, with my palms out & tears, yea the best of em cried bout those we lost cause we let smith & Wesson decide” accurately describes the inner-city issues that many of our urban youths deal with. Despite his aggressive surroundings ,on this track RB reassured that he will not be limited and his drive and mental power will lead him to success.
This ones a banga! I’ll let you tell it.
